What is the Needjewelry.com return / guarantee policy?

30 days has September, April, June and November. . . and that's how many days you have to return a purchase. If the item is in new, unworn condition, we will refund your money upon receipt of the return order. During Christmas, Hanukkah, and all of the other major Holidays, if you put "HOLIDAY ORDER" in the comments section of your order, we will extend the policy for a reasonable time to allow a return if you're not happy with the item.

We do not allow returns of custom items. Rings that are shown with sizes may be returned according to our normal policy. Some of the more expensive rings come in average sizes (usually 7 for women and 10 to 11 for men's rings.) If you order these items, we recommend that you get the standard size, and make sure that you are happy. If not, the item may be returned. You can then take it to a local jeweler for exact sizing to your needs. We will size custom items for you, but we charge about $25 dollars, and the item cannot be returned. Any item that falls under this category will state that it is shipped in standard size unless sizing is requested.

ABOUT GEMSTONES: Some of our suppliers have issued the following statement: "All gemstones should be considered to have been routinely enhanced unless noted as 'natural'. Turquoise, black onyx, malachite, gaspeite, lapis coral and all other cabochons should be considered reconstituted unless noted as 'natural'. All cabochon material might have been waxed or coated to improve color evenness or stability."

What are NeedJewelry's shipping methods and prices?

We use various carriers and pricing on shipments. Our regular USPS First Class shipping is only $2.00 per order. Priority mail shipping is $4.95, and Express Mail is $14.95. We try to offer greatly reduced shipping, and our orders over $50.00 have regular shipping at no cost. Yes, Virginia, there is a FREE SHIPPING Santa Clause. We do have a $10.00 minimum purchase to keep the shipping costs low for you. During November and December, our minimum order is $25.00.
